How to install patch-4.mpq:

1. Download patch-4.mpq and save it to your computer.
2. Windows:
   Move patch-4.mpq into your Data folder inside your World of Warcraft installation.
   Example: C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\Data\
3. Mac:
   Move patch-4.mpq into the Data folder inside your WoW application folder.
   Example: /Applications/World of Warcraft/Data/
4. Restart your WoW client and log in.
